| E-Ticket /Paper ticket |
Nowadays, most people use e-tickets to travel, and process is very simple:
For Domestic Flights (Within USA): We advise you to reconfirm 72 hours prior to the departure of your flight At the check-in counter present your itinerary and/or E-ticket number Present a valid form of Government-issued photo ID such as driver license or passport.
For International Flights: We advise you to reconfirm 72 hours prior to the departure of your flight At the check-in counter present your itinerary and/or E-ticket number Present your passport, and visa for the destination country (if required). The visa requirements can be clarified with the Airline you are traveling on. For your convenience a list of airlines with their phone numbers is provided in the link below

| Change/Cancellation/Refund policies |
Most of the airline tickets are non refundable in case of cancellations. However, changes can be made on the itineraries with a fee ranging between USD 100.00 for domestic to a USD 350.00 for international travel. In cases where airline does offer refunds for tickets(subject to fare rules),
It may take upto 8 weeks for the refund to be processed. PLease email us your request for changes and an agent will get back to you with options available.

| Re-Confirmations |
International flights need to be reconfirmed 72 hours in advance and domestic flights 24 hours in advance, by calling the Airline directly. Make sure to check for any schedule changes when you call to reconfirm

| What if I do not receive my confirmation Email? |
After completing booking with us, you should receive a confirmation page with your itinarary, reservation id and ticket numbers.
If you did not receive the email, we recomend that you check the spam mail folder in your email to ensure that your confirmation email was not auto filtered.
If you still do not receive it you can always verify by emailing us.

| Airline Service Charges |
If a service fee applies it is possible you will see 2 charges on your credit card.
One charge is for the fare and taxes the 2nd for the service fee.
However both charges will equal the total price you agreed to pay.

| What if I have a Paper Ticket? |
Please be aware, whenever possible, we will issue e-tickets. However for all paper tickets, a $15.00 2nd day or $25.00 next day ticket delivery charge
will apply. This fee covers shipping within the continental United States. Additional charges will apply for other shipping destinations.

| What is a " NO SHOW "? |
If a passenger does not show for their flight and does not notify the airline or the ticket issuing agent, it will be considered a NO SHOW.
The passenger assumes all responsibility for any change or cancel fee and/or possible loss of ticket value.
This NO SHOW policy is an airline enforced rule and at their discretion to determine how they will deal with it.
However, most airlines look at NO SHOWs as a violation of their ticket policies and means the forfeiture of any and all funds paid for said ticket.

| How do i know the baggage restrictions on my flight? |
Baggage restrictions vary by Airline/flight and by Domestic / International travel. Please contact the Airline directly for the specifics on each flight.

| Can I use dicount coupons or vouchers from the airline , to purchase tickets though you? |
No. These vouchers can only be used to make purchases through the airline/ carrier, that has issued them.

| How do i add my frequent flyer number to an existing reseration? |
Most airlines will let you add the frequent flyer number during the reservation process or during check in at the airport. You may also advise the number to our agent during reservation confirmation.

| Can I make reservations for multiple stopovers or multiple cities? |
Yes. Most airlines will offer one free stopover enroute. Additional stopovers may be made with a charge. Please check with our agent to confirm the fare rules and charges for the stopovers.

| Are the airfares guaranteed? |
All Airfares are subject to change without prior notice and are not guaranteed until ticketed.

| Do i need new tickets to be issued in case of schedule changes by airline? |
No , You will not need new tickets for schedule changes. But it is a good idea to call the airline 72 hours before departure, to reconfirm changes.

| How can i make seating reservations? |
Please call the specific airline and advise the airline representative that you would like to confirm your seats for the booking you are holding.Please have the following details ready: 1. Name of passenger(s) 2.Date and Time of Travel 3.Flight numbers 4.Confirmation number that you received from Trendy Fares.

| Can i request a receipt for the ticket that i purchased some time ago? |
Yes. Most of the ticketed reservations get their receipts by email as soon as the tickets are issued. In case you misplaced a receipt , or need a new receipt , please call us or email us requsting for the same.

| Infant tickets |
All infant tickets(lap child only under 2 yrs of age) are paper tickets and will need to be mailed out. Please make sure to include USD 15.00 as shipping fee on your final payment in case of paper tickets.
